How Emergency Service Works
Call our number and tell us what you need. We'll ask a few questions about your property and situation. Then we'll give you an honest answer about when we can get there.
During major storms, we're very busy with our regular customers. But we always try to fit in emergencies when we can. If we can't get there soon enough, we'll tell you right away so you can make other plans.
What We Can Do
Our emergency service includes everything we normally offer:
- Driveway plowing to clear your way in or out
- Walkway shoveling so you can safely reach your door
- Salt application to prevent ice
- Digging out your car if it's buried

Emergency service costs more than regular service. That's because we have to change our schedule and get to you fast. We'll always tell you the price before we do any work, so there are no surprises.
If you want to avoid emergency rates, sign up for a seasonal contract. Then you're covered for every storm at a set price.

The best way to handle snow emergencies is to prevent them. Sign up for regular service before winter starts. That way, you never have to worry about getting stuck or finding last-minute help.
